　　感冒咳嗽，吃点自种的鱼腥草、金银花;咽痛喉痛，嚼两片自种的薄荷叶……应对小病小痛，自家园里的治病良药信手可得。

　　但“是药三分毒”，对于不具备足够中医药知识的普通市民来说，自种自用中草药只能选择一些宜鲜用或者炮制比较简单的中草药。
